1. What post-purchase assistance is offered by the LeadPie team?

We offer a standard 30-day onboarding period for all new customers where you can interact with our customer success executives through a one Zoom call, live chat and email. If you are looking for dedicated implementation assistance through our paid onboarding service, kindly schedule your onboarding call here.

2. Can I upgrade to Custom plan when I outgrow Professional or Elite plan?

Absolutely, just contact our sales team at [email protected] and will discuss a custom plan for you.

3. Does LeadPie platform support different currencies?

Yes, your LeadPie account will automatically show you the currency of your business address/country set up to your own account.

4. Can I customize my pipelines according to my business?

Yes! You can customize your own pipeline to fit your business needs, whether it's for your Customer Support, Sales, Onboarding, Hiring or Service Delivery. You can simply customize your pipeline by name & stage names.

5. How can I pay ?

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We also accept payments via bank transfer for annual subscriptions. For more details, please contact [email protected]

6. Can I cancel anytime?

We require one month's notice at a minimum before any contract is cancelled. This allows us to tie things up on our end and prepare to transfer or delete your personal information. Please see our full terms and conditions here.

7. What other fees can I expect?

A small rebilling fee is applied to text and email outputs. This averages $0.031 per text and $0.0029 per email and $0.05 per minute for calls. each newly opened account gets a welcome credit of $20 for their email & text sending, which usually enough for regular transactional communications, so it's not something that most businesses will notice unless they're sending out thousands of emails every week. 

8. Do you build websites?

Yes! While the website builder is super easy to use, and there are loads of amazing templates, we understand that you might not have the time to build your own website, so we can do it for you at a cost that will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

9. Do you offer phone & email support?

No, we only offer email, support tickets & live chat support at our opening hours Mon-Fri 9AM - 6PM (Eastern Time)
