A small billing fee applies to text, email, and call outputs: $0.0395 per text, $0.002 per email, and $0.07 per minute for calls. Each new account receives a $20 welcome credit for email and text usage, which typically covers regular transactional communications. Most businesses won’t notice these fees unless sending large volumes of messages weekly. Additionally, AI usage is billed at $0.07 per request, except for Elite Plan + AI subscribers, where AI usage is unlimited.
