This averages $0.031 per text and $0.0029 per email and $0.05 per minute for calls. each newly opened account gets a welcome credit of $20 for their email & text sending, which usually enough for regular transactional communications, so it's not something that most businesses will notice unless they're sending out thousands of emails every week.
